  • This goes for not only this location but the location that handles Arizona calls (call center?). For two days I have tried to contact someone at AutoNation Honda and the 800 number for Arizona. I have been on hold for 20 minutes and each time been disconnected. When I contacted AutoNation Honda I went through the phone tree and got voicemail with no return phone calls. So far, not impressed at all. BTW, I LOVE my new Honda! *** UPDATE *** after a bit of time on hold with AutoNation Honda, I got a different and correct 800 number for customer service. Again, after a brief phone tree routine, I was pleased with the customer service. Therefore, I changed my review from two stars to four stars. Thank you to the general manager at Auto Nation Honda for trying to reach out and correct the problem. Customer Service: 800.999.1009.
