  • I LOVE this place. I have been taking classes just over a month and I am so impressed. The owner has been teaching the majority of the classes I attend and she always provides great guidance. She also pushes you to your limit without going overboard. I have tried a variety of bootcamp style classes, ymca, etc and this one seems to provide great results. It is a commitment BUT you do get results if you put your effort into it. She also is great about proper form and encouragement. I did a bootcamp class before this where two friends hurt their knees due to bad form because the instructor wasn't correcting them. Anyways, I would recommend just trying a class.
