  • I had a two o'clock appointment today after having to call and leave four messages in the span of a week. I was referred to this place by a Doula I met and was she even wrong about it being amazing. The customer support is horrible. I arrived early and waited over twenty minutes for my appointment to start. When I arrived the receptionist didn't even look up at greet me, kept doing her paperwork and didn't even check with the midwife when I asked after 15 minutes if it would be longer. When my friend called me and I asked her to let me call her back when I leave, then, only then did the receptionist but into my conversation and make a rude comment. I could hear the appointments that were still going in s UI nice the sliding door to the back was open. Your privacy or HIPPA policy is neglected and I decided to leave. Worst customer treatment. If I can't count on support when having a child by all staff or Midwife then I don't need to place myself or child in their hands.
