  • Brought in my Sequoia for their quick oil change. I hour later I'm leaving without my vehicle's skid plate in place. If they fix your car here without a problem - you are one of the lucky ones. Do yourself a favor, try somewhere else. I've never had this problem with Jiffy Lube.
