  • Came in to get a Starbucks to start my afternoon. The girl was pleasant and greeted us with a smile. Was excited to see that the pumpkin spice latte was back. Ordered a morning bun and a grande psl. The bun was not heated nor did they have a microwave to heat it in. Furthermore there were no napkins avail. I had to ask for a napkin and it was like a shop towel napkin. Prefer the shop napkin as I only needed one versus the many standard napkins. Still disappointed the bun was hard and cold.
