  • Treated me like I was a crook. They froze my mom's account. They told me they needed to see her that she couldn't use her account until she came in. She is severely handicapped and can barely walk.She called in proving she was who she was but still not enough. ..they wanted to see her in person. I took her in to the nearest bank. She wobbled in sweating and exhausted just getting out of the car with the rain pouring down on her gown and slippers. She closed her account promptly. Shame on you Mike the manager for exhausting a poor old lady for no reason at all. Her signature should have been proof of life you moron.
