  • Brett was our saving grace Sunday evening when our A/C failed. This was my worst nightmare come true when the A/C started blowing hot on my 9-month pregnant wife and I. After calling two other places (AZ Dukes of Air and another suggestion from a friend), I was turned down for service by AZ Dukes and got no answer at all from the other place. As it turns out, I should have called Kilter Mechanical first. I called and left a message that was returned within 10 minutes or so. Brett was more than happy to come take a look at my system immediately. He arrived less than an hour after my initial call. His customer service was superb and he had us up and running in no time. Brett diagnosed a faulty capacitor and even did a leak diagnosis free of charge when he saw that we were significantly low on refrigerant. Thank you again for taking time out of your Sunday evening to come to our rescue! And no "After Hours" fee either!
