  • Although I appreciate the store's offer to do a price match and list it on my account so I don't have to worry about it in the future, I have a problem with the fact that they still think it's acceptable to charge 2x as much as others. I'd rather just shop somewhere that has competitive prices all the time. I do appreciate that it is a local business, and they try to order products to stay fresh, but honestly, it's dry cat food...how unfresh could it get if the ordered at a volume to allow their pricing to be more competitive? Also, I used to shop at a local pet shop in the valley when I lived closer to it, and their prices were routinely on par with other shops, and I never had issues with freshness/quality.
