  • I would not recommend this location of Sunrise Preschool! I toured this location about a year ago and ultimately decided against sending my son there after an unpleasant encounter with the director/manager/staff member (she never informed me of her title). The woman requested I give her a check deposit amount of about $500 which she placed on the front desk for anyone to take. What upset me most was that my son had a documented medical condition that required him special care when it came to outside play and she flat out told me that she would not accommodate my child and that I should probably just go elsewhere. After realizing that this daycare is run by staff that discriminate against those with special needs/ disabilities I immediately told her it was not going to work out. She condescendingly ripped my check up as I walked out the door. My son has gone to a handful of other scottsdale daycares/ preschools and they have never had an issue with providing special accommodations related to the medical condition/surgery he had during that time frame. My advice is to Check out any other daycare/preschool in the area, just not this one!
