  • I get bagels each Friday for the office. I hate that this is the closest bagel shop to my house. The service is slow and after calling ahead my order is rarely ready. After my order was lost this week I asked to speak to a manger. The assistant manager was nice and showed concern, however, the General Manager was rude and as I was speaking to him he walked away from me to help one of his staff members. The customer does not come 1st at this Einstien.
