  • I'm giving the Westin in Cleveland three stars. When we arrived, the lobby area definitely screamed 4 star hotel. The staff was very sweet and accommodating. However, our room was not 4 star quality. As soon as we walked in, we noticed that the desk had a chunk of wood missing from it. We also found a piece of garbage under the desk (ew). The bathroom appeared clean and in good condition so that is a plus. Luckily we weren't in our hotel room very much and we were only in Cleveland for one night. However, when i return to Cleveland, i won't stay at the Westin again.
