  • They started out great, but sadly they decided to do some fishy business with my parents bank account. They charged for 12 hours when it was three hours. They even posted charges when they were already notified that my father had passed away!!! I cannot get a phone call back from Carl the owner and apparently the only one "allowed to make bookkeeping decisions" according to his staff. Ripping off poor old people is disgusting. Shame on you.
