  • To be fair, I do know the folks that run this place. BUT -- I would love Manolo's anyway. I think they have a creative menu -- not standard ingredients in their empanadas and pizza. Very large pizza slices, and they always make it fresh. You can buy their stuff when you are in the Canopy Club, too. I've turned several people on to this place and I truly miss it now that I'm gone. I think it is really affordable and a nice change to the usual pizza and campus food scene.
