| - Meh, it's ok. I came here to decorate some Christmas ornaments with my boys. We came the first week in December. It was packed but we were able to get a table. It was my first time coming in and were greeted right away and given an explanation on how things worked. My boys picked out their pieces and the colors we wanted. When it came time to dry the pieces, there was always a wait. A place like this should have more than two dryers, IMO. After the boys were paining, I felt we were neglected. There was nobody checking on us, our water bowls were a gross black color, etc. I feel like there should be one employee making the rounds. There were families taking whole bottles of color to their tables and someone making the rounds could prevent this from happening. The paint and supplies were pretty organized so one star for that. One star for the employee greeting us even though she neglected us the rest of the time we were there. When it came time for me to check out, there was nobody around to help me. Apparently a party was starting and they were more important and it was quite chaotic. I was finally acknowledged and had to wait about 5 minutes before I could actually pay for my pieces, all while telling my three kids to not touch anything, so easy! NOT! I never got an email or call to tell me my pieces were ready so I just went to pick them up. I was greeted by a young woman, she was very polite and got my ornaments. I will say I was quite disappointed in how they turned out. Our school usually does a fundraiser with another pottery place in town and those ornaments come out so much better, IMO. With the high price of the studio fee and pottery, I can't justify the cost for a mediocre product, sorry!
