  • Horrible experience we had living there. The staff had major attitude issues! The maintenance was non existent. We had our downstairs toilet leak for the entire lease. Maintenence refused to switch it out, they actually told me "they had no money for a new toilet, so just don't use it. " the garage had all kinds of mold and mildew in it, which they refused to fix. We had to hire a lawyer to get out of the lease, which they refused to do! Of course, they sent us to collections. ... now we have to hire another lawyer to sue them for false claims. We documented and took pictures of everything! ! DO NOT LEASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE! !
