Team Honeycutt's Chris Wagner helped us buy our new home and sell our previous one. He was dedicated to our interests during the whole process from negotiations to even recommending the best contractors for repairs. He has every trait you are looking for--- he is honest, hard working, dedicated and most important of all, knowledgeable of the entire process. He has done this for years, and we could tell that he treats his clients exactly how he would treat his family. He answered all of our questions (text, email and phone!), we never felt pressured to purchase any of the homes we looked into buying even though the market is really hot. Homes were selling before we could see them. That didn't stop him from making appointments, getting documents signed and to us as quickly as possible. Even though he had many clients at the time, we didn't have to wait and not once did we feel he was too busy for us. My husband and I highly recommend him.
