  • I had to cancel my appointment due to I was sick.. I was told that they will have to cancel my voucher. I told them that I did not expect to be sick and I also reminded them that they also cancelled on me once (last minute too) due to the lady that was doing the mani/pedi quit her job there. The lady that I was talking to hang up on me WHILE I was still talking... How rude!!!
