  • Simple blood work taking over an hour to be seen with only 4 people ahead of me. Having all phlebotomists working as reception and standing around giving faces to a woman in obvious pain laying on the floor in the lobby. Not even attempting to help her. The facility looks clean. Patient care, even in a lab, needs to be top notch and this place was so awful with complacency that it made it an overall horrible experience. **update** A representative from Sonora called me back regarding this review and assured me that this will be looked into and taken action. I suggested more than one bed at this location due to the demographic of clientele. She agreed. Hopefully this will help make this location better.
