  • I have been getting my business materials from Vistaprint for a lot of years. I have never been disappointed with them. When I call them for help and with questions, the customer service reps in the West Indies are always wonderful, polite and extremely helpful. Recently I ordered something I needed for an event and when I received it, was horrified to find a small typo. I am pretty sure it was my own fault and I was exasperated with myself. I called them to inquire if they believed my product would arrive on time for my event if I ordered immediately and had it send via express service. To my shock and surprise, the representative said they have a 100% customer satisfaction policy and offered to express them to me with no charge for either the product or the shipping. I was dumbfounded and even tried to say it wasn't necessary, because I wanted to be honest and to take responsibility. She insisted it was fine and that I would have them by Thursday. There was a slight delay on the part of UPS, so I just got them this morning. They are perfect! Thank you so much, Vistaprint. I recommend you all the time and will continue to do so.
