No. Just no. I come here because it's convenient not because I like it at all, whatsoever.
First, the selection is SMALL. The pink side is crammed and tiny. Lack of professionalism from employees today. Whoever was in the PINK section around 5pm wearing a campus t-shirt, I think, was maybe a supervisor or something, was yelling at other employees about taking breaks and scheduling issues and I overheard plenty of swear words. Just gross.
Victoria's Secret is desperately trying to heighten the customer experience into something "luxury". Well, there's nothing luxury about barnyard raised employees. Learn some manners!!
Also, when I got into the line it was pretty short but another customer was in a yelling fight with the cashiers about who was next. How hard is it to figure out the line, lady! Don't blame the cashiers.
I am a self shopper when it comes to VS. I know my size and I know what I may or may not be looking for. An associate named Nicole shoved a fit card into my hand, after I told her I didn't want nor need one. Save your paper on someone who will actually use it and not just throw it in the nearest bin.
