  • Can't put into words how bad my experience with this place has been. Hired in early 2017 to handle some tax debt from previous years. They've done nothing to work toward any kind of a resolution. Taylor often mention what's ethical and what's not then proposed a $50,000 contract to file a office in compromise with the IRS!!! For anyone that's somewhat familiar you already know how ludicrous this is. And for anyone not familiar the average cost is around $4000. The whole year of 2017 was doing nothing and confusion when I asked any questions about when we're going to try and move toward a resolution. Just payments. Now for the staff. Rude, insulting, arrogant, and dishonest. I had/have an illness with chemicals and mold that was so severe at one point I had to live outside and in a car/auto. I mentioned this to Taylor and a couple of their employees. Well I called in one day saying I need to come in to speak with Taylor directly. She (Autumn) bluntly said, "come on in if you want ,(laughing) we have the air conditioning on". Some of my problems I had indoors were due to mold and air conditioning. I almost couldn't even believe it. So Autumn was not one of the people I told about my condition. So ostensibly this was shared with the entire crew and they think it's a big joke. I almost died from my health issues. To continue the story, finally roughly in April of this year, I'm on the phone with Leo (Taylor's supposed right hand man. After all the going around in circles for a year he finally tells me, "you know what, we can't even do anything to move forward on this case until your 2017 taxes are done" Lol, after a year now I get this? I can understand but this should have been mentioned and taken care of when I first signed up a year before. So we agree on an EXTRA amount for them to do the profile and loss/taxes. I told him I wanted him to take care of this stuff because I had issues already with a couple of his employees. So it gets handed over to Autumn. So I say to myself, "the hell with it let's just try to move forward and get this done". She asked me for several pieces of info related to expense etc and I answered promptly. Then she calls and tells me there is $190,000 in Amazon expenses for 2017. I say laughingly and very politely that's impossible. She gets nasty with me saying it is exactly that because it's in your bank account. I tell her its not possible let me pull over and go over my amazon account quickly and get back with you. So I did and after a cursory glance going over all of 2017 amazon purchases it was just over 10K. I call her to let her know and she's completely nasty telling me now I need to go over my bank account by myself and she's going to hang up on me. I asked for Leo because Taylor wasn't there. I guess he was the next in charge. So Leo says the same thing. I'm paraphrasing here but in so many words he says that it's right there in front of us and you need to go over your bank statements yourself and let us know. So I agree to do this and politely hang up, go home go over all Amazon purchases for the year and it's roughly $11,000. I take screen shots, print them out and send them to Autumn. Next day there's no apologies and nothing, just. Okay if that's what you say they are I'll submit it. So in other words she's not admitting to her mistake, being completely obnoxious and nasty on the phone. And she didn't go over anything I sent her to see if it was accurate and where she made the mistake. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE. When Taylor is finally back in town he's giving me grief about the situation as if I've Ben hard to deal with. I explain things again in a very low tone of voice and he says, "well I can understand that and I'll talk to them". Well his talk didn't do anything because they all continued to be unprofessional and rude. So I'm thinking anyone reading this can get the picture here. It ended up with me getting nothing toward a resolution or my taxes done and I've paid several thousand dollars. Last email from Taylor was that they would be discontinuing my case because I used the F word with Leo on the phone the night before. An obvious pretext just to keep my money and not do anything moving forward for what I've paid. I don't know how or where all these positive reviews came from. It certainly influenced my decision to go with them at the start. But I can't see if I've experienced this that many others have as well. Are they fake? If I had to guess it would be yes but I can't say for sure. There is a very similar situation/review that another person posted on a different popular review page. Where he was doing an Offer In Compromise to settle for $1000 and charging the customer/client 20,000.
