  • I was in need of a garage door remote so I called Lodi garage door and asked for a remote that would work on two different learning codes. While talking to them it seemed like I knew more about their products than they did. When we finally found the correct item I was told they had it in stock and that it would be $38. After making the hour drive to their shop I find out that they don't have the item but they do have another one that will work but it was $60. Sure seemed like bait and switch. The salesman seemed very indifferent to the situation and made no attempt to apologize for the problem or even attempt to offer some solution other than to ask if I wanted to order it off of their online store. Beware if you need to pick something up from them even if they say they have it. It could be a wasted trip.
