rev:text	Love At First Bite! That's how I feel about the Truffle and Honey Grilled Cheese Sandwich here at Cured and Whey! Yes, TRUFFLE. Good bet you'll be hooked on Cured and Whey's version of grilled cheese sandwich! This place is mainly a gourmet shop that sells high quality specialty cheeses, cured meats, and many more artisan foods...but what attracted me was the deli part where I saw they make delicious sandwiches and soups posted on their FB page. Also saw Chef Antonio Nunez put this place on blast and made note when I'm in the Southwest part of town to come here. Just a quick review for now! Soft opening mode. They're rockin it though. Not even on the Yelp or IG radar and they're pretty busy. High top counter with 4 seats set aside if you want to dine in. Order and pay at counter. Menu board on wall lists hot and cold sandwiches and special of the day. Latest news: As of this post, they are expanding the dining area & will be serving breakfast also. Check FB for updates! Menu: see pix posted Must TRY: TRUFFLE Honey Grilled Cheese, and PB & Duck Be adventurous and trust the friendly and knowledgeable staff to build a charcuterie board for you. I enjoyed the selection they have chosen on every visit. Reasonably priced for top quality delicious meal! Staff and owner Michael are awesome! Warm and friendly welcome here. First visit, Jessica P and I were really in cheese heaven! Location: Valley View and Post St.. make the turn on Post.. Easy to find, you'll see the menu board on the corner. Plenty of parking. Hours of operation for shop limited for now, so check or call before you come!
