PLEASE READ!!!! This is my first time to a time share presentation. I bought a package where I had to sit thru the presentation so I'll be telling you about where they sent me for my hotel as well as how the presentation went. So thinking that I would be staying in the bluegreen hotel, they moved me to the Tropicana which I had no idea why. However I was glad I got to stay somewhere after driving 8 hours but that wasn't the reason why I bought the package. The reason was to experience the bluegreen hotel itself. Anyhow, moving to the presentation and I'll try to make a Long story short. After 3 times of telling them not to pull our credit they insisted to do so (very pushy n they don't care if they hurt your feelings or not....business means business). It seems as if they bullied us around trying to find a way to get our credit. The supervisor seems like he was fed up and left which made me think how in the world did this company received an award for the best customer service in this industry. However they left us for quite some times while we twiddled our thumbs. Keep in mind that this was a 2 hour presentation that turned into 3 hours long possibly 4 (something they never mentioned as well as pulling credit). So if you plan on visiting them, please be prepared for the worst. This was a horrible experience n I hope that none of you guys ever go through this with any company. I'm putting the supervisor on blast and her name is Stephanie Mattheu. Im not sure how she got where she is today but she needs to work on her customer service. This is makes you n your company look bad.
