  • Yesterday I walked outside of my house to find that my rear passenger was completely flat. I used a mobile air compressor quickly to air up the tire so that I could rush to this Pep Boys before they closed (I would find out later that I had a huge piece of metal in my tire). This location closed at 8 and I had gotten there at 7:45. I asked if they could please change my tire because I knew I had some kind of nail or something in the tire and I would be flat again before I even made it back home. The service guy in the back said NO and that it was too late; I went inside to ask the clerk inside and he said NO as well. This location obviously doesn't have any courteous practices and has poor customer service. I barely made it back home on my nearly flat tire.
