It seems a bit harsh to only give osaka two stars but i have to rate it like i tasted it. It was my first visit to osaka having typically only dined at ayce sushi restaurants. I had high hopes considering all of the great reviews i had read. I have to say I was extremely dissappointed! Not only was the sushi just so-so, I ended up spending way more money than I would have at any of the ayce places i frequent.
I would have been okay spending the 36 bucks for two rolls and a hand roll if the rolls themselves were delicious. But that was not the case. My friend ordered the oh my god roll which was decent. As a whole the meal was not up to par. For those people that believe you get better quality from the restaurants that don't have ayce, think again. This place is a perfect example of the opposite.
I'll stick with places like Oyshi and sushi mon.
Clearly more money doesn't always equal better quality.
