  • Absolute worst. Use them only if you want to get billed, not have work done, then hung up on repeatedly. Company was recommended via my home warranty company, and I will be filing a similar complaint with them. Their tech came out to my residence, diagnosed the problem, smiled and said he didn't have the necessary part and that he would be back, collected my $65 warranty fee, and then I never heard from him again. Three weeks later I call the company direct to find out what happened, and the "supervisor" hangs up on me. I call back three more times and they SCREEN ME and send me to the answering machine. One time they forgot, picked up the phone, then immediately hung up. Classless. Unprofessional. Useless. Ripoff. Never use.
