rev:text	I'm extremely pleased with the service provided by Karen Ross and her team. I had a personal injury case and she guided me through the entire process, keeping us updated regularly. As I was injured and had difficulty with transportation at times, she sent out a mobile notary or one of her assistants when I had to sign or review documents. Her staff was always friendly and helpful, both in person and on the phone. Whenever I had an issue with a medical bill, they were right on top of it. Their professionalism really helped ease the stress of the situation. Karen would even answer urgent emails out of office hours. I'm also overjoyed with the outcome of my case. Karen didn't just help me get a settlement, but she also did a wonderful job of negotiating my bills. Also, they had a well-stocked soda fridge and chocolate at the front desk. I can't deny that a Coke and some chocolate cheered me up a bit when I was feeling pretty sorry for myself after my initial injury.
