  • Service was ok to start, but they were out of Blue Moon draft? So my wife went to the bathroom, the waiter came over, I told him to stop back in a minute when my wife returned she said the Ladies room was very dirty. Then No waiter for ten minutes. Finally I ordered zesty crab soup. The soup was barely luke warm. My wife ordered salad..just OK. We both ordered the Famous Lobster Roll. Very bad looking lobster with no taste. But the best part is yet to come..just as we were beginning to eat our main course, my wife lets out a blood curdling scream that almost gave me and the other patrons a heart attack. A MOUSE had scurried across her foot! Yes a MOUSE. Our server was no where to be found and after he showed up and ask how our lunch was, my wife told him that she couldn't finish her meal..and neither could I. The waiter said that sometimes when they leave the doors open, a mouse would get in. But this was a baby mouse, who proceeded to terrorize a few other customers. And if there is a baby mouse, where are Mama and Papa Mouse? The mouse came from the rear of the restaurant, not the door...and you know what else is in the rear of the restaurant, don't you? He said he would comp the lunch and send the manager over. We waited a little while..no manager. So we left the waiter a tip and left...still hungry...but nauseated. The thing that upsets me most, is we could have eaten at DeLuca's. Roland's was one of my worst dining experiences ever.
