  • Today was my first trip dress shopping. I went alone, as my family and friends live out of town. I found a dress that felt like the one, BUT I just couldn't say yes. I wanted family with me for that moment. I probably would have gone back for it, however, as I told Shae, who was helping me. As I was walking to the front, I overheard someone who looked like the shop manager (short bob haircut, older woman) telling Shae, my consultant, that if someone isn't going to purchase a dress, that person should take it off and leave. I was crushed. It was humiliating enough going dress shopping alone, but to hear that on my way out? Though that dress felt like the one, I will not be going back for it. I will not be giving Brilliant Bridal any of my business. I am so incredibly disappointed with my experience.
