  • We just moved into an Apex apartment this fall, and we are happy so far. The property has been well maintained, and the price seems reasonable compared to similar properties in the neighborhood. The company has been easy to work with, and they have been awesome about responding to our maintenance requests. Seriously. Our toilet was malfunctioning, so after attempting to fix it once, they brought us a new one. We didn't like the armoire the space came with in the entryway, so they sent a team over to remove it the next day. It's just been so easy to deal with them!
