I'm extremely disappointed that we had a day scheduled for the technician to come out, we were told an all day appointment. They said he would call, but there was only a call that so no caller ID.. You would think that a voicemail would be left, but nope nothing.. Now since we missed it, we have to go 5 days without any hot water or use of our stove.. When we asked if they could come out again whenever they had time today, we were told that they could only come out if it's a new appointment, but since we missed it, they can't come out! What's the difference? Either they have way too many customers to give adequate customer service, or they just really don't care about people and their families! This review may never be read by anyone who can make a change in that company, but if it does, please take this review and the others on this site very seriously!
