  • Being from the Midwest we have a certain work ethic. You treat customers as the reason you are in business and without them you have no business. This Firestone store has never heard of business ethics. They apparently have no concern whether they keep a customer or wait for the next sucker to walk through the door. Fool me once shame on me, fool me twice shame on you. Save yourself the aggravation and stay away from these people. My wife paid nearly $300 for a belt only to have to come back the next day with the same problem. Only then to be told she needs to have nearly $1,600 worth of additional work done to take care of the problem. After going to another mechanic we find we were cheated originally and the work they wanted $1,600 for was completed by a reputable company for $650. Word to the wise stay away from these Crooks.
