I came in today with questions and a list of products I wanted advice on. I was greeted with in 30 seconds, by a very kind and friendly employee. I was directed to someone who could better answer questions i had. I never felt like product was being pushed on to me and i never felt like i was being "sold" to. The entire time i felt like my needs were important and my questions were genuinely answered. Katie was introduced to me and she is so sweet and so friendly and made me feel completely comfortable. Shes so great at what she does. She answered all my questions about specific products and made relative suggestions within my needs and wants ( cruelty free and vegan ). She did a mini make over on my face and offered to do my eyes as well. She retrieved all the products for me that i wanted to purchase. Just when thought i was done i remembered i had other products i was curious about and she so kindly helped me pick those out too!
This location gets a 100% in customer service!
I will absolutely be returning to this store! I felt appreciated and everyone that I interacted with was kind and friendly! I spent over $250 which is alot of money but i feel good anf very confident in the products i bpught. I will be dumping the Ulta store I go to and will only come to this sephora! Thank you to everyone who helped me today, and an even bigger thank you to Katie who absolutely made my trip today!
