| - I'm a current resident, signed lease under false promises only to learn a couple months later that the lady who help me with my contract didn't work there anymore because was lying to residents.
We liked the apartment, nice Floorplan and amenities (just a bit outdated). We didn't like the roaches, was not just my apartment, many other neighbors had same complain, didn't like that there is NOTHING you can do when you get home late after work or after a weekend out and there is someone parked in your assigned spot (you have to wait until business hours to get a tow truck...) didn't like the noise at 2-3am and the courtesy patrol is nowhere to be found.
Just gave my 30 days notice to leave the place, now I am being told that I will be charged (they will keep my deposit) for someone to go clean my apartment because of next resident could be allergic to pets... (Really?!?!?)
1. They haven't even look at my apartment conditions.
2. The only animals ever in the apartment were roaches. (That I had to keep asking management to send pest control)
3. My wife is allergic to pets.
Trying to pay my last month rent (online as I usually do it) there is no button on the page to do it, when I called the very next morning I was told that's there is nothing they can do to help me, that I have to pay $50 late fee, $30 because they had to print a single sheet of paper to post it on my door, utilities late fee, etc totaling $117 because their website didn't have the option to pay online.
Waiting for a call back from corporate office in Los Angeles, I will update my review as situation evolves.
I have a couple of coworkers currently looking for an apartment, this complex is only 5-8 minutes away from work, I would get like a $500 referral for each one of them, still I wouldn't put them through something like this.
**UPDATE**
Corporate called back, they acknowledged that they had a problem with the website the day payment was due, still they didn't care.
If you are considering this area stay away from this place. You will thank me later.
