  • I've had three treatments at Redwood Medi Spa so far and l can't say enough about the quality of service and attention I've gotten every time. My first visit was for a Microdermabrasion & Stem Cell Facial, for which I had purchased a Groupon voucher. It's a good thing I did, because I likely would not have known about Redwood otherwise. The facility itself is small, but very well maintained. I've only been in one treatment room, so I can't say much about the rest of the space. The room I was in, although a tiny bit cramped, was clean and smelled nice, and they play nice, relaxing music during the treatment. The technician explained every single step she was taking, so that I understood what was being done. I loved this part of the treatment, because so many places just proceed without saying anything. I've had a couple of facials, as well as the microdermabrasion treatments, and my skin was positively glowing after each session. I've suffered from rosacea for the past couple of years, with extreme redness, as well as blotchy and bumpy texture on one side of my face (cheek) and forehead. I've tried so many different treatments at other spas/salons, but nothing has compared to the results I've received at Redwood. In fact, after my last session, my skin looked so good that I thought the technician had applied foundation to my skin. I left there without makeup (for the first time in YEARS) and I even went grocery shopping with no makeup on. Trust me, this was a BIG deal to me. A friend from work commented on how nice my face looked, and I told her about Redwood. She promptly booked an appointment for herself and couldn't stop raving about how good her experience was. The next time I went in, I was told that I was eligible for their referral discount, which was a nice surprise. Gotta love the customer appreciation! I purchased a package of the same treatments and I'm really excited about the results I know I'll get from Redwood. I cannot recommend this place enough. I am giving it 5 stars because of the results I've seen. I know it's not a 5-star facility, but I don't care about any of that, when I can walk out of my appointment feeling as good I have about the way my skin looks.
