  • From the beginning, they are kind of weird. I called to ask questions about their company, how their sessions work and inquire about a coupon that I found. I usually go with The Picture People but they were booked. So I thought I'd try Portrait Innovations since I had this coupon. i wouldn't dear go elsewhere for full price as a "rebound". We went in and there was no wait (which was nice). The photographer was great with the kids (she had to make them laugh or no money would be made from me) But she was kind of cold and awkward with my fiance and I, like she didn't really want to be there. BIG THING THAT BOTHERED US was her THONG playing peek - a - boo. Your a photgrapher, you bend, you kneel, you do alot of things where I would think you'd be cautious about your clothing and make sure it works. Once we got to the big screen to view our pics, I was surprised that they came out so good. BIG THING that bothered me is once we sat down it was all about "MAKING THE CUSTOMER SPEND MONEY" I already informed her before we started taking pics and on the phone when I oringially called to schedule that I would ONLY be purchasing the 14.99 package that they were offering and if I was satisfied I would reorder at a later date. Both girls said, "sure thats fine" She kept showing me packages at $300 then down to $200 then to $100. I started to get a little attitude because I stated over the phone, before the shoot and as we sat down that Im not interested in any large packages since this is my first time! So she decides to pull that cat out of the bag and say "well we dont keep the images on file after the session" My blood started BOIL!! I would NOT have come here if I knew this. Ive taken my kids to WALMART to take quick photos for a FREE offer they had and its been 6 months and someone just called a while ago to see if I wanted any additional prints. Picture people, they keep theirs on file also. I mean if this is the way the company works then FINE, but if Im explaining to you my situation and saying I would like to order additional at a later date, why wouldn't you say this before? Also, I stated I was interested in a canvas as well but not until later - she again said we dont keep your pics on file ma'am. SO i go home and to my surprise there is an email from this place with my ONLINE GALLERY and telling me I have 30 days to order additional products???? Ummmm, okay Im just confused and MAD AS HELL. I will NOT return and I am updating my experience on every site that I can.
