Yesterday morning I pre-ordered and paid for a dozen cupcakes I was very specific with the assortment and the time my husband would pick them up along with his name. They had 6 hours to get the order ready.
When he got there they said they didn't have the order so he called me and the first thing the gal asked me was....are you sure you placed the order with us? When I told her I had ordered it on line she said oh we haven't checked that all day. When she saw the order she said sorry we're out of some of those flavors. When I asked for a manager she said there wasn't one there. The order was to be ready at 4pm and it took them till almost 30 minutes to box it after they found my order. 2 of the cupcakes had the frosting slide off before he even drove the 15 minutes home. Can't believe no apology or anything. When I'm paying $44 for a dozen cupcakes I expect quality!
