I came here with the boys to Mount St. Francis for the One Rock event. I waited until 2pm when there wasn't an insanely long lineup, and ordered the fried chicken with the waffle and white gravy for $10.00. Though the chicken was flavorful, I found it a bit dry and thought the oil it was fried in tasted a bit old (serves me right for waiting after the lunch rush). Like Queenie M., I would have preferred a chicken thigh or leg (rather than 2 pieces of chicken nuggets...). In some parts, there was more batter than chicken! The white gravy had very little taste to it, so I found it was quite an odd combination with the chicken and the waffle. However, the waffle was light, fluffy, and downright lip-smackingly delicious! I wish I had some maple syrup to go with it!
The service was very pleasant and efficient, though(so I gave them an extra star).
Although fried chicken and waffles is a unique food offering for a food truck, I was hunting for more to eat afterwards...
