Walmart for me is like going to get a root canal, had to come in to return a online holiday gift. After a tug a war with in store and online customer service we were finally able to get the item as store credit vs back on original form of payment. After standing around in customer service for over 30 min I can understand the frustration for the employee/customer interaction. Thanks again Naima, Nicole, and Tuleishia for your help!
