| - I'll start this review with giving you a little background. I stayed at Paris last May of 2016. We went with good friends. The hotel itself is beautiful. Modern, Updated, Clean ! The Casino area itself looks like the sky with cobblestone and accents of France all over. The Shoppes are great, and they have two of my favorite places to eat in Vegas. Gordon Ramsey's steakhouse and the Eiffel Tower Restaurant. The Brunch there is absolutely to die for. The rooms are amazing and have a wonderful view of the strip. So many cool things to say about this place. Why then am I giving this only one star?? What they DON"T have , is good Customer Service. As a matter of fact...They have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! Let me continue to lay the story our for you. One of my friends that was with me, and might I add IS a Diamond Player, and goes to Vegas no less than 4x per year, not only came with me in May but also stayed at Paris in July of 2016 with his father. Cut to - Friday December 9th, 2016 we went to Vegas for his Wedding Renewal and his Birthday. There were 8 of us, including 1 Diamond , and 2 Platinum Players. Yeah, we're not high rollers ...but for certain drop a ton of cash at the casino several times a year. We started out at Flamingo, Bally's , and decided to head over to Paris to hit the tables. The second I set down at the Roulette table and started talking to the young lady running the table, I was greeted by a nasty uptight Pit Boss. She was approx 50+ wearing a suit, glasses, and pissed off. She didn't smile, she didn't say "welcome to Paris, is this your first time playing"? Nothing. If she had been listening to my conversation, with her employee, she would have clearly heard me asking questions about how to play. I was pleasant, in a good mood, and had my lovely wife by my side cheering me on. I was having a great night. This Nasty ( I'm being nice ) Pit Boss looked at me with a scowl. The only words out of her moth was " You can't say the F word ". Ok...for one, we are in Vegas, their was someone puking on the ground and a half naked girl in front of Paris with tassels on her breasts..I don't think anyone cares. I am not a vulgar person, I'm 45 and not a kid either. I had a few drinks and was an enjoying a celebration weekend with my friends. Is this the way your greet a guest ? You don't know anything about me. Who I am, what I have or don't have. What you should know is that there are multiple casinos in your town and most of them would love for you to keep treating people like that. It's good business for them. I said " no , problem" as I am not a rude individual. I cashed in my chips and moved to the Black Jack table where my friends where playing. three of us were sitting at the table playing, laughing , winning , losing , Not Swearing, but having a great time. My friend took me into the diamond lounge to get a dink and we returned to the table. We played and were honestly having a great time. Out of nowhere over came the same Pit Boss. She walked up to the table pointed to me and said " He's done playing" . I still don't know what I did. Not a word , not a warning, not an explanation. They pushed my chips back to me and told me I couldn't play. Now, I had been drinking so I assumed that perhaps I looked like I had been drinking and it was their job to protect my money. However, you should at least have the courtesy to explain to someone what they did. My friend sat beside me and said "I'll play then" I gave her my chips - Keep in mind the rest of the table was with me with me. She looked at us and told her that " she can't play either " . Still no explanation on what we had done. Not only was I embarrassed , but felt like I was ruining the time for my friends. I got up and left the table with my wife. Although everyone at the table objected, she stood her ground. We all collected our chips and went back to Flamingo to let them take our money. I know for a fact that myself and my friends will never play at Paris again. That woman was more than rude. She was nasty. This is a Pit Boss, A BOSS . Shouldn't a Boss/Manager be the shining example of customer service ? I am giving you my money !! The least you could do is greet me when you meet me for the first time, ask how I'm doing, perhaps let me down easy if you are going to ask me not to play there. You my friend, by your actions have cost your facility thousands in lost revenue, but worse than the money , shown that you have a reputation for horrible customer service. I would not advise anyone to visit, stay , or play here. With all the Casinos in Vegas, do yourself a favor and pick any other place. You would get better service at the 7-11 slot machine attendant than you will from Paris Casion.
It's a shame that such a beautiful place, could have such an ugly personality.
To you Pitt Boss Lady- Shame on you . You are the worst example of Customer Service I have ever seen.
