| - The last carrier..
Starting from AT&T to Sprint (horrible) then Verizon, T-Mobile was the only carrier I have not tried out yet. After my two year plan with Verizon, I decided to shop around and see what offers were being given since I was in need of an upgraded/less cracked phone.
The realist struggle was choosing between the S7, Edge, or Note5... I went with the S7 for picture purposes. Anyways, during my purchase (05/21/16), T-Mobile had a good deal going on which consisted of 6 gigs of data per month which is able to roll over and add up for up to a year, along with multiple streaming apps with unlimited use without going against your data (Pandora, Youtube, etc.). They also included a new Alcatel One Touch Pop 7 tablet (rebate).
Thanks to Otis and Jen, all my concerns and questions regarding their network were answered. Supposedly, their network is going to surpass the leading competitor, but until then I'll be keeping an eye out on my coverage wherever I end up. There were some minor problems that occurred during the whole transaction, but the team was very informative and entertaining which made up for it.
For the customers sake, I decided to short fall this review to four stars due to the amount of people waiting to be helped and the short amount of employees.
