  • I was one of the first people to move into the Brix apartments when they opened two years ago and really have enjoyed living here. The location is unmatched in the southside. You have a number of good restaurants, coffee shops, and bars within walking distance of the building. As well they just built a bakery in the first floor of the basement which is super convenient for grabbing a quick bite or some coffee. The building itself had a really cool modern feel to it. The apartments are loft style. Since the building is taller than most of the other buildings in the area it makes for some great views as well as a lot of natural light during the daytime. The first floor is a commons area with space to have people over to play pool or watch a game. Above all the staff of the building is really great. Anytime there's been a problem they are always available to address the issue. They keep the building in great shape. As well they put on resident parties in the lobby every few months and do such a great job. They really make it feel like a nice small community. I would definitely recommend to anyone searching for a new apartment in a vibrant neighborhood to consider this apartment building.
