  • Equipment selection is fine, but not clean(well, that is because of other people/users). Most of the time, it is well crowded too. They do not provide towels, only paper towel with sprays, that too, they are not redundant, so, even in gym, people become lazy and not use them. I mainly go for the racquetball and some free weights. Definitely not a motivational place though. The nightmare comes at the billing. They "mis-communicate" and charge you pay for enrollment fee, even though I clearly mentioned I came for the 5-day free trial. Dealing with 'ABC Financial'(their billing agency) is a f*ing joke. They will not help you. These gyms needs to change their process on moving thing. The front desk people say I'll be fine with bank statements or USPS change of address form, but once you make the request they just drag you into another month and charge you for the service/facilities you didn't use, as you moved out of that place already.
