  • We were trying to make our way to Joe's at Cesars, but holy crotcholi, all that walking, the heat, the people, the being 4 drinks deep, we needed sustenance! Just like a mirage, there was the Palm. It was about 10 pm and we were immediately seated in a large booth. We were also quickly greeted by our server and bus boy. Who introduced themselves and picked up on our vibe and brought over waters and bread and Butta. Nice Steakhouse menu, I liked seeing the 14 oz fillet. I went for that and the creamed spinach. The dishes came out quickly and were wonderful. The fillet was cooked perfectly, and the creamed spinach was naughty AF. Like all cream and fluffy and stood up and just che bella. My Girly went for the Rib eye, which was smart cuz it was delicious and after a bite reminded me why rib eye is so divine. The last steak I had in vegas at BLT was really lousy and the Palm was far better. Plus our server, was excellent, attentive, genuine, and pickin up what we were putting down. I slept really good after 14 oz of meat. Well done!
