  • This store used to be the old fire station. It is a locally owned health food and supply store,now There is a good selection of vitamins and supplements . The guy in the dreadlocks knows everything and is super helpful , not only finding what you need but also what manufacture is right for you what a great asset to the store. There is fresh organic produce when you enter on the right. That changes so if I want anything in particular,(like local eggs) call first. They have drinks, soy items, gluten free, filtered water, dog food, and frozen items. I get my organic juices, pasta ,salad dressing ,almond butter, flour,and fresh cookies here. I wish this place was bigger so they could stock more items. Especially more organic dairy and meats. But this store lifts Gastonia up a notch and I'm so glad it here Check out Sprouts restaurant downstairs
