Listen, I know it's flu season. I realize that it's snowbird season. I feel for you. The healthcare business sucks around this time. That doesn't mean that it's 'no holds barred' and you can throw customer service out the window.
I unfortunately had to come here when my pharmacy didn't have the cough syrup I was prescribed. I waited in line for what felt like 10 years to give my prescription to the staff for filling. I told them I'd wait, and stood forever. I couldn't sit anymore after what now felt like 100 years, so I got back in line to ask about my script. They hadn't even entertained the idea of filling it. The employee saw that I was pretty much dying waiting there and took pity on me. He had the pharmacist do it quick, and I was out of there.
The staff was brash, ignored people, took forever, and the store was a hot mess. I will not return to this Walgreens if I can't help it.
