First it's back to school season- you would think they would have enough employees, or at least more than one on the register.
I stand as the first person in line for a good 8 min while this guy answers phones and avoids eye contact with me. Then he gets off and says "are any of you ready". Not, sorry for the wait or thanks for being patient.
I go up, I see an order adding up to $99 on the screen and he asks me if I want a printed or emailed receipt, I say printed and say that's not my receipt on the screen. He replies that's not a receipt, I turn it to show him an order on the screen and he again tells me it's not a receipt..."you just need to answer the question" and he presses print. Then he goes "oh" while a new order shows up for $25 and he's says "$25", I again say that's not my order. Please note I had one folder and a pack of pencils- anyone paying attention could guess it wouldn't come out to $25. My two items finally get rung up (another clue they weren't my order as he hadn't even rung them) and I finally pay... he answers the phone while I'm standing there and slowly hands me my receipt and bag. I say thank you, he says nothing.
Over priced and horrible customer service. I won't be back.
