So after 3 weeks of not being contacted, I was finally contacted today.. I went to the Costco carwash and my car was completely scratched. Worst part about it is Adam and his "wonderful" customer service. I'm pretty sure we all know when something is different or when something is wrong with something you own. Adam told me the scratches aren't from them and I'm wrong because the scratches don't go the way his cleaners do.
Well Adam, I know that Costco SCRATCHED my car because I took photos the same day. I even had to tell him if he was going to take pictures because when I called they told me the procedure. File a report, our employee will take photos and our insurance company will follow up with you in a couple days. As soon as I approached him he didn't want to hear it, I said well your manager told me I could write a report and you need to take photos.. "oooo who told you that"... why not just help me.
Three weeks later... TODAY.. after following up for the 3rd time I received a call. Costco is not held responsible because they have foam whippers that do not carry debree. Costco had 511 cars that day and no reports were made.. The pressure of the carwash at ARROWHEAD is powerful if you have ever been. After dealing with this and being told that the scratches are not from them even though I provided photos I took the SAME day, I don't want this to happen to anyone else!
SO CHECK YOUR CAR IMMEDIATELY AFTER. And whether or not YOU know what is different with an item you own, you are wrong. With or without proof...
