  • My experience with Marshall Stearns RE was amazing. As a first time home buyer, my husband and I didn't know what to expect. We were terrified and overwhelmed immediately. Luckily for us we were privileged enough to work with Real Estate Agent JORDAN CLAUDIO. Seriously, What a great guy and to say he loves his job is an understatement. He helped us immensely through this process. He kept in contact with us almost daily and at times it seemed like he would drop everything he was doing to make sure we immediately saw the house we thought we "HAD" to have. He never felt more than an arms reach away and never once ignored or even had a lengthy delay to a phone call, email or text. Once we chose the house we wanted, he kept us informed every step of the way. He went to bat for us time after time in the negotiating process until we were truly satisfied. As long as Marshall Stearns is in business, that is where we will always do business and that is where our referrals will go.
